New platinum ring made by Renaissance Platinum for an approximately 9.00 mm round shape, 2.75 carat to 3.00 carat center stone held in a four prong milgraine head mount encrusted with diamonds along the prongs and basket. The top of the ring is 8.5mm high and 7.5mm across. The size 6 shank is 4mm wide and 2mm deep, grooved on the inside, and has round brilliant cut diamonds shared-prong set all the way around on three sides with milgaine border.
