Our Custom Process

Initial Design Discussion
We talk through design concepts, materials, and details — answering questions and offering expert guidance to refine the direction of your piece. We will get you an estimated price at this stage of the process.
CAD Design
Our designers create a detailed 3D CAD rendering so you can see your piece come to life before anything is made.
CAD Revisions
We tweak and refine the design together until every detail feels exactly right. No rushing, no pressure.
Wax Model Creation
Once approved, the CAD is turned into a physical wax model — a true-to-scale version of your design.
Wax Approval
We carefully inspect and adjust the wax to ensure proportions, structure, and details are perfect before casting.
Casting in Metal
Using the approved wax, the piece is cast into your chosen metal using traditional lost-wax casting techniques.
Assembly & Finishing
The piece moves to our shop, where stones are set, components are assembled, and every surface is finished by hand.
